New Year, New Venue!

We're no longer homeless...

Al and Suzie of CRANKY AL'S (69th & North, http://www.ilovecrankyals.com/) have graciously adopted us. Although we will forever miss our original space at the Parkway Cafe, I'm excited at the similarities Crank's has to offer: the warm feeling of a locally owned neighborhood spot, big windows with lots of natural light (even a northeast corner entrance!), and great coffee!

The other day I stopped in for a visit and Suzie commented, "I'm amazed at how many of your storytime parents are already customers!" I'm so excited over their enthusiasm in hosting us.

So mark your calendars for the first Tuesday of the year, January 6th at 10 am (of course)!

Arthur and I will be there. Do we need to be voted in or anything?

Can anyone come to this? What ages is it appropriate for? Thanks!

Me again, sorry to be such a flake but we have to miss the grand reopening. Bummer! But I have it on the calendar for the 13th.

I want to talk with you more about MilwaukeeMoms.com. Looking forward to Thursday the 8th.

Yes, anyone and everyone is welcome - no need to sign-up, just show-up! We have a wide age range of regulars from newborns to pre-schoolers, and even afternoon kindergarteners. In my opinion, the grown-ups seem to have just as much fun as the little ones... So truly, "all ages welcome!"

MOlly-
First off. Pandora.com is a great way to listen to great childrens songs. Thanks for the recommendations!
Also,
The book title recommendations that you have made have been great for Zack. I just checked out of the library "only you" and "cuordoroy" (sp)?
which he loves!!!!!!!!!!
Lastly,
Love the link to "rainbow connection" !!
As soon as zack gets up from his nap we are tuning in to "tuesdaysatten" blog spot for some good acoustic guitar/singing
kids entertainment!
love you!
