Above Us, in the Sky

The sun shines.
Rainbows shimmer.
Airplanes fly.
Rain drips.
Clouds float.
Snow falls.
The moon glows.

-from ABOVE US, IN THE SKY, part of the three never-before-published board book set, ALL AROUND US by Eric Carle

Inspired by the beauty and simplicity of this book, this month we look up to celebrate the SKY!

Yay! What a great theme. Phinlee has become fascinated with things in the sky - especially the moon. Wish I could be there this month but you should bring back "Oh, Mr. Sun!" and don't forget the sign!! ;)

Nancy,

Mr.Sun would never be the same without YOU! We'll have to do it this summer when we are graced with your presence.

I love that Phin is fascinated by the moon! I too am still fascinated by it. We have been reciting the "I am the moon, big and round and white..." rhyme. And talking a lot about the wind. I am glad you like the theme!
